My name is Aniston Lamaestra and I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Art and drawing have always been a great interest of mine from a very young age. I have been learning about the field of graphic design since I was 14 years old when I took my very first graphic design class. From then on, I knew that this is what I was meant to do. I have had the privilege of progressing through this world since then. My goal with my art is to strategically, distinguishably, and effectively communicate any message possible through visual communication. 

I find that having an open-mind is incredibly important to every step of the design process, from research and brain-storming, all the way to the finalized version. Like I said, I have been designing for many years now and each project has allowed me to learn new ways to do something and make room to grow as a designer and as a person. Whether I am designing for a client, a friend, or myself, it is crucial that I accurately represent whatever I need to. I also believe versatility is a critical skill in being a successful designer. I aim to be able to make each project unique and distinguishable from one another. While I believe in taking inspiration from others and yourself, no two projects should look the same.

Overall, I hope to make things impactful and memorable. Creating a beautiful experience with long lasting effects for people. Something that not only is visually appealing for the masses, but also inspires others to create and follow their own aspirations. In a world where true creativity is being slowly replaced, I plan on designing as authentically as possible. It is our job as artists and creators to keep the human experience alive and well.
